Meet Felipe, the tea aficionado and civil engineer! Despite being born in Colombia, Felipe is more of a tea drinker. He was introduced to the world of tea when he lived in Japan, where he got to learn about the Japanese tea-drinking culture. He has traveled extensively around the world while trying new teas and collecting different types of artisanal tea gear.
His favorite teas are Sencha and Pu'er, but Felipe's kitchen cabinets hold more tea types than you can count with your fingers! Being an engineer, Felipe is also passionate about how stuff works; lately, he's applying his engineering know-how to research and test all kinds of coffee and tea gadgets, from simple infusers to fancy automatic espresso machines.

Nick is always up for a cup of java and loves to find new and unique ways to enjoy his coffee. Plus he loves to share his favorite recipes and coffee hacks. Nick’s passion for coffee is never-ending, and he’s always looking for new ways to celebrate this amazing beverage!
Meet Alex, the curious coffee writer and specialty coffee roaster! During his time living in Brazil, he spent months learning directly from producers how to pick and process coffee the right way. One thing led to the next, and he started sourcing his own green beans to roast and ship worldwide and later became the head roaster at OOP Café in Belo Horizonte.
Currently, Alex is slowly making his way from the United States to Brazil in his camper van, visiting as many coffee farms as possible. If you see him on the road, be sure to say hi!
