It will also provide you with some useful information regarding Keurig coffee makers, such as their pros and cons, technical specifications and key features, and where to get the best deal on them.

Keurig coffee makers are very popular around the globe. They allow coffee lovers to brew delicious coffee at home without having to go through the hassle of manually brewing coffee beans.

There are several types of Keurig coffee makers available today. Some of these include single-serve coffee makers plus ones that include carafe brewing, as well as latte and cappuccino makers.

1. Keurig K-Supreme

The first machine on our list is the Keurig K-supreme. It has been one of the most popular models since it was released in 2007 and is Number One on our list!

This k cup coffee maker has implemented MultiStream Technology™. With this method, multiple streams of hot water evenly saturate the coffee grounds, enhancing both taste and aroma.

With this new technology, any k cups brewed by the K-Cup brewer will taste better than the previous single-needle K Cups. You can really taste the difference compared to the previous models that don't have this technology!

The single-serve K Cup coffee maker is designed to brew four different cup sizes: 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz. Plus it allows you to use a cup or travel mug that's up to 6 inches tall, you can also remove the drip tray which gives you another inch of space - 7 inches.

The brewer also allows for more precise control over water temperature if you prefer your drink warm or hotter. It comes with a digital display, some buttons with preset options, a water filter, and a dual-position water reservoir!

One of the most requested features of the K cup coffee maker is its iced coffee option. The Keurig K-Supreme machines have a brew over ice technology. One of the downfalls is that you can only brew the 6oz option and the other 3 cup sizes don't work with this technology.

Nonetheless, it is still a great feature to have and the size restraint is probably because they're factoring space for the ice taking up about half of your cup.

Another great feature of this machine is the Quiet Brew Technology, which is a feature that was developed to reduce the noise produced by the machine while brewing, and it has been proven effective in reducing the noise level by up to 50%.

Even though this technology is not new for Keurig coffee makers, we noticed that this machine seems to be even quieter than the ones that preceded it.

Similar to the other Keurig coffee makers, this machine makes all types of coffee and non-coffee beverages, K cups as well as other brands that are compatible. You can even reusable coffee pods if you prefer to use your own ground coffee.

Unlike most Keurig models, the K-Supreme line offers an option to make your coffee more saturated for a stronger cup of coffee.

Pros

  • MultiStream Technology™ allows for full flavor and aroma extraction
  • Brew over ice technology for a refreshing summer drink
  • Dual-position water tank allows for an easier fit on any kitchen counter
  • It's easy to clean and descale the Keurig Supreme

Cons

  • Only 6oz cup size is available for iced coffee drinks

Technical Specifications and Key Features

  • Size with Water Tank on the Side: 12.15" H x 7.85" W x 12.02" L
  • Size with Water Tank in the Rear: 12.15" H x 6.36" W x 15.11" L
  • Water Reservoir Capacity: 60oz
  • Cup Sizes: 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz
  • Customize your Drink: brew stronger coffee or hot over ice drinks
  • MultiStream Technology™: better extraction of coffee flavors
  • Travel Mug Friendly: up to 7 inches tall
  • Back to Back Brewing: brew another cup right away without having to wait for reheating
  • Maintenance Alert: every 250 brews

2. Keurig K-Café Special Edition

The next best Keurig machine on our list is the K-Café Special Edition and not just because it's special. Believe it or not, the machine is second on this list cause it packs quite a punch with various café style beverages.

This is something uniquely new to Keurig and we think they did a great job creating this machine!

The Keurig machine uses k cup coffee pods and offers 4 different cup sizes: 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz, as well as the option to brew a stronger cup of coffee. But what makes this coffee machine special is its ability to make other drinks that most Keurig machines are not capable of doing...

Attached to the side of the machine is a milk frother, that allows you to steam and froth milk so you can make lattes and cappuccinos in the comfort of your own home. It even allows you to make them iced! And for convenience, the milk frother is dishwasher safe.

Now you can't make yourself a latte at home without espresso, right?! Keurig thought about this and they decided to add a button for a coffee shot. Not quite an espresso, just an extra-strong shot of coffee. To us, this is a bit of a downfall... Is a latte really a latte without an espresso shot?

For most, this doesn't matter as long as it tastes good! Sometimes I feel that too much knowledge can ruin things. I am certain that this wouldn't have been an issue before I began my coffee learning journey. Now I know too much...

Enough about me... This machine comes with a 60oz removable water reservoir and it is also travel mug friendly up to 7.2 inches tall, so you can enjoy your latte or cappuccino on the go.

Pros

  • Enjoy café style lattes and cappuccinos within a few minutes
  • The milk frother is dishwasher safe for easier maintenance
  • Brew coffee shots for specialty drinks or for a quick pick me up

Cons

  • The coffee shot option is not real espresso, it is just extra-strong brewed coffee

Technical Specifications and Key Features

  • Size: 12.5" H x 15.3" W x 11.7" L
  • Water Reservoir Capacity: 60oz
  • Cup Sizes: 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz
  • Customize your Drink: brew stronger coffee, lattes and cappuccinos
  • Milk Frother: dishwasher safe
  • Travel Mug Friendly: up to 7.2 inches tall
  • Finish: a special edition with premium nickel finish and metal handle
  • Maintenance Alert: alerts to descale and clean your coffee machine
  • Smart Start: it heats up then brews in one simple step

3. Keurig K-Supreme Plus Smart

The K-Supreme Plus Smart is very similar to the best Keurig coffee maker on our list, the Keurig K-Surpeme, but it has a few extra features to take note of.

To quickly summarize what we already know, this machine has the MultiStream Technology™ for full aroma and flavor extraction. It also has the brew over ice technology for those hot summer days. And it allows back-to-back brewing with no preheating time required.

Now let's discuss the extra features that the Keurig K-Supreme doesn't offer.

The Keurig K-Surpeme Plus Smart has a new technology called the BrewID™, which recognizes K-Cup capsules and adjusts the brew settings accordingly. This sounds a little similar to the Nespresso VertuoLine barcode scanning for different Nespresso Pods.

It certainly works great, but it is not as advanced as the Nespresso Machine's technology. At least not yet!

Another cool and new feature with the Keurig K-Supreme Plus Smart is how "smart" the machine is! You can literally control it from your phone using the Keurig App and from anywhere since the coffee maker has wifi connectivity. Plus the App works with both Android and Apple phones.

The app allows you to instantly brew or schedule a brew, customize brew settings, or even use your voice assistant to brew your coffee remotely and hands-free! It also comes with a feature to set up auto-delivery for when you're about to run out of your favorite coffee.

Source: eBay

One thing, though, is that the App can be a little glitchy sometimes... So it has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to get it running again.

This machine has an extra cup size that the K-Supreme doesn't have, which is the 4oz cup size, giving it 5 different cup sizes to choose from 4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz. Plus it comes with 5 different strength settings that range from balanced to intense.

Although, we think this could have been reduced to 3 strength settings since the differences between some strength settings are almost the same. We think "strong", "stronger", and "strongest" would have been sufficient!

Check out our article for a more detailed review of this Keurig K-Supreme Plus SMART!

Pros

  • A larger water reservoir (78oz) - up to 9 cups of coffee before refilling again
  • 6 settings for water temperature ranging from warm to max hot
  • BrewID™ Technology for a unique and distinct drink each time

Cons

  • Keurig mobile app tends to be a little glitchy sometimes

Technical Specifications and Key Features

  • Size: 12.24" H x 8.31" W x 13.35" L
  • Water Reservoir Capacity: 78oz
  • Cup Sizes: 4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz
  • Customize your Drink: 5 coffee strengths, 6 water temperature settings, and iced coffee drinks
  • MultiStream Technology™: better extraction of coffee flavors
  • Back to Back Brewing: brew another cup right away without having to wait for reheating
  • BrewID™: for K-Cup customized brew settings
  • Keurig App: used for customization and remote activation for a hands-free experience
  • Phone Compatibility: iOS 13 or higher and Android 8 or higher

4. Keurig K-Elite

The Keurig K-Elite coffee machine is older than the previous two models on this list and with fewer bells and whistles. It is cheaper than the K-Supreme line, which makes it perfect for a middle-of-the-road budget!

Don't take us wrong, cheaper doesn't mean weaker... This machine is tough and is capable of withstanding lots of daily use.

Sure it doesn't come with cool technologies and magic powers, but it sure can be consistent with your daily cup of coffee. And that's what really matters after all, right?!

Here are some of the basic but important features this machine has: an option for a strong brew, in case you need that extra kick in the ass, an option to brew over ice for a refreshing iced coffee, 5 different cup sizes, a brewing time of less than 1 minute, an energy-saving feature, and a large removable water reservoir.

Another cool feature this machine has is the high altitude setting, which reduces the brewing temperature of the coffee at higher altitudes. Since water boils at lower temperatures at those higher altitudes.

Definitely a smart feature, but not beneficial to everyone who buys it, as we didn't find ourselves using this feature or the hot water on demand feature because we noticed that water had some coffee ground residue in it and we didn't want that in our oatmeal or soups!

What I did use, though, was the temperature control feature, since I like my coffee warm as I have a super sensitive tongue... Almost as sensitive as Eleven from "Stranger Things"...

Pros

  • 5 Different cup sizes: 4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz
  • Iced coffee settings
  • Removable drip tray to fit taller glasses or travel mugs - up to 7.2 inches

Cons

  • The hot water on demand feature had some coffee grounds in the water
  • To descale Keurig Elite requires more manual effort than the newer Keurig models

Technical Specifications and Key Features

  • Size: 13.1" H x 9.9" W x 12.7" L
  • Water Reservoir Capacity: 75oz
  • Cup Sizes: 4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz
  • Customize your Drink: Buttons for brew temp, brew strength, brew size, and iced coffee
  • Energy Saving: programmable auto-on and auto-off
  • Quiet Brew Technology: for a quieter brewing experience
  • Hot Water on Demand: for instant soups or oatmeal
  • High Altitude Setting: to take into account brewing temperature requirements
  • Maintenance Reminders: Automatic reminders to ensure proper operations

5. Keurig K-Classic

Keurig K-classic is as its name suggests - a classic! It offers a simple design that is easy for anyone to operate. This further solidifies its name as it doesn't need to have all the bells and whistles to do what it needs to do, which is to make good coffee!

It is a relatively light Keurig machine that can easily be moved around your kitchen countertop for cleaning the spilled coffee from when you were half asleep the other day...

The main reason why this coffee machine seems to be popular is that it is consistent and reliable, without much that could go wrong with it, other than having to clean and descale it every now and then.

It comes in two colors; a sleek black finish that looks very stylish and a bold rhubarb that makes a statement. We prefer the rhubarb one because we love being bold! One thing we did notice, though, it does have a bit of a shine as opposed to the Keurig website image which shows it to be completely matte.

Ok now let's get to the nitty-gritty details. This machine brews coffee in less than a minute and it offers three cup sizes: 6oz, 8oz, and 10oz. We found that to be a little limiting, but you get what you pay for and this machine is a pretty good deal!

It has a 48oz clear plastic and removable water reservoir so you can see how much water is left. Even though the reservoir is removable, I found myself using a clean mug to refill it every time I use it out of fear of running out. It is a small reservoir and I always made a mess filling it up!

Another great feature is the removable drip tray to accommodate larger cups and travel mugs up to 7.1 inches, and it has a programmable auto-off option for energy savings.

The Best Keurig Coffee Maker - Top 9 Reviews + Buying GuidePros

  • A classic machine that is reliable and simple to use
  • It makes good coffee consistently
  • A programmable auto-off setting for energy savings

Cons

  • The water reservoir is small and you will need to refill it often
  • Only 3 available cup sizes

Technical Specifications and Key Features

  • Size: 13.3" H x 10.1" W x 13.2" L
  • Water Reservoir Capacity: 48oz
  • Cup Sizes: 6oz, 8oz, and 10oz
  • Energy Saving: programmable auto-off
  • Versatile: can accommodate travel mugs up to 7.1 inches
  • Iced Coffee: brew over ice
  • Indicator Lights: to add water, descale, heating, etc
  • Quick Brew: in less than one minute

6. Keurig K-Slim

The Keurig K-Slim is an ideal choice for anyone who wants a feisty but compact coffee maker!

You can fit this model into almost any space since it measures less than 5 inches wide. I'd be shocked if you can't fit this Keurig coffee maker anywhere in your kitchen. If so, then it is time you move my friend...

Similar to the K-Supreme line, this coffee machine has the MultiStream Technology™ that allows for better extraction of flavor and aroma every time.

This model comes in three different colors: black, scarlet red, and white. We loved the white one cause it looks elegant and fits our kitchen perfectly.

Although the machine can fit anywhere, the water reservoir is not as bad as we thought it would be. At 46oz, you can brew about four 8oz cups of coffee. Now it's not as great as the K-Surpeme machines, but for a small and compact coffee maker, it's not so bad!

You might find yourself filling it up daily and sometimes twice a day, which can end up being annoying as the reservoir is located at the back and it's a little hard to reach, especially when the coffee maker is under a kitchen cabinet.

Similar to the K-Classic, this machine offers only 3 cup sizes, but a size bigger: 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz. Again, a little limiting, but most people are fine with these cup sizes. Plus, it offers a removable drip tray so you can fit a travel mug that is up to 7 inches tall.

Pros

  • MultiStream Technology™ allows for full flavor and aroma extraction
  • Compact design that can fit in every kitchen - less than 5 inches wide
  • Travel mug friendly up to 7 inches tall

Cons

  • The water reservoir is a little small and a little inconvenient to reach, which also makes the Keurig Slim descale process a little tedious

Technical Specifications and Key Features

  • Size: 12.14" H x 4.76" W x 15.2" L
  • Water Reservoir Capacity: 46oz
  • Cup Sizes: 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz
  • MultiStream Technology™: better extraction of coffee flavors
  • Travel Mug Friendly: up to 7 inches tall
  • Energy Saving: turns off after 5 minutes of inactivity
  • Quick Brew: in less than one minute
  • Maintenance Reminders: Automatic reminders to ensure proper operations

7. Keurig K-Duo

The Keurig K-Duo is as its name suggests, a two-in-one kind of deal! It comes with two types of brewing; single-serve brewing similar to the models we've already mentioned as well as carafe brewing. So this model is designed specifically for households with several members or for entertaining guests if you're a social butterfly.

The single-serve brewer takes the usual K-Cups from different brands and the carafe brewer takes coffee grounds, like any other drip coffee maker! Plus the carafe is made of glass so you are aware of how much coffee is left before running out, and it has a heating plate to keep your coffee hot for longer.

Similar to some of the earlier models on this list, the K-Duo allows you to brew a stronger cup of coffee with a simple press of a button. Unfortunately, this option is not available for the carafe brewing, but you can simply add more coffee grounds to achieve the same results.

The single-serve brewer offers 4 different cup sizes: 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz. While the carafe brewer offers 4 different volumes of coffee: 6 cups, 8 cups, 10 cups, and 12 cups. One downside of this duo combo is that they use the same water reservoir, which is only 60oz big.

This amount is usually more than enough for a single-serve coffee maker, but add a carafe brewer and suddenly it's not enough. You will find yourself filling up the water reservoir with water on a daily basis and possibly every time you use it.

The coolest features of this model are the pause and pour as well as the programmable carafe brewing. If this isn't self-explanatory, then a fifth-grader might be smarter than you... Haha, just kidding!

Here's how they work: if you're in a rush, then you can pause the carafe brewer midway and pour yourself a cup of coffee. You can also program your coffee machine to brew a carafe of coffee up to 24 hours in advance.

One thing is that the programmable auto brew function is glitchy sometimes, but the majority of the time, it works fine.

Pros

  • Two types of brewing allow for better use and less waste
  • Programmable automatic brewing up to 24 hours in advance
  • Pause and pour then you're out the door

Cons

  • The water reservoir is a little too small for two types of brewing
  • The programmable auto brew is sometimes glitchy
  • The Keurig Duo descale process is more manual than other Keurig machines

Technical Specifications and Key Features

  • Size: 12.92" H x 10.94" W x 12.76" L
  • Water Reservoir Capacity: 60oz
  • Two Types of Brewing: brew a single cup or a carafe of coffee
  • Single-Serve Cup Sizes: 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz
  • Carafe Sizes: 6 cups, 8 cups, 10 cups, and 12 cups
  • Strong Brew: for single-serve brewing
  • Travel Mug Friendly: up to 7 inches tall
  • Programmable Auto-Brew: program up to 24 hours in advance
  • Pause & Pour: pauses the brew for 20 seconds for a quick pour

8. Keurig K-Duo Plus

The next best Keurig coffee maker on our list is the K-Duo Plus. If the K-Duo and K-Surpeme had a baby, it would be the K-Duo Plus. And we will explain why!

First of all, the K-Duo Plus looks almost identical to the K-Supreme, let's call that mama Keurig. But it also offers two types of brewing: single-serve and carafe brewing, just like the K-Duo, which we will call papa Keurig.

Do you see what we mean by this unusual yet fruitful marriage?!

Similar to mama Keurig (K-Supreme), the K-Duo Plus comes with a 60oz multi-position water reservoir, so it can fit easily on any kitchen counter.

Fun Fact: this machine also made our list for The Best Dual Coffee Maker!

Keurig K-Duo Plus - Top View of Keurig Machine
Source: eBay

Similar to papa Keurig (K-Duo), it uses ground coffee for carafe brewing and K-Cups for the single-serve brewer. Plus it comes with a reusable gold-tone mesh filter as an added bonus that papa Keurig doesn't offer.

It also comes with multiple brew sizes: 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz for the single-serve and 6 cups, 8 cups, 10 cups, and 12 cups for the carafe. Unlike the K-Duo, this machine offers a strong brew option for both the single-serve as well as the carafe brewing!

What you might find is that you may prefer the K-Duo over its baby the K-Duo Plus when it comes to the carafe itself. It comes with a thermal carafe, which keeps your coffee warm for up to 2 hours, but it is hard to gauge how much coffee is left. Plus you will notice the coffee from the carafe is not as hot when it's freshly brewed.

The K-Duo, on the other hand, comes with a glass carafe and a heating plate, which is more useful.

Pros

  • Two types of coffee brewing are ideal for larger households
  • Multi-position reservoir and a compact design for a better fit in your kitchen
  • Reusable gold-tone mesh filter for less waste and a better-tasting cup of coffee each time

Cons

  • We found that the thermal carafe is less convenient to use than a glass one
  • Coffee temperature from the carafe brewing is not ideal

Technical Specifications and Key Features

  • Size with Water Tank on the Side: 14.19" H x 8.2" W x 11.7" L
  • Size with Water Tank in the Rear: 14.19" H x 7.68" W x 15.88" L
  • Multi-Position Water Reservoir: 60oz capacity
  • Two Types of Brewing: brew a single cup or a carafe of coffee
  • Single-Serve Cup Sizes: 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz
  • Carafe Sizes: 6 cups, 8 cups, 10 cups, and 12 cups
  • Strong Brew: for both single-serve and carafe brewing
  • Travel Mug Friendly: up to 8 inches tall
  • Programmable Auto-Brew: program up to 24 hours in advance
  • Pause & Pour: pauses the brew for 20 seconds for a quick pour

9. Keurig K155 Office Pro

If you're searching for the best Keurig coffee maker for your office, then look no further, because this is the only option you have! Haha...

Joking aside, Keurig only labels one of their coffee machines for offices and it's the K155 Office Pro. But, don't feel limited, because it's darn good and a super reliable office coffee maker, and that's all that matters.

Ok, let's dive into the details. First and foremost, this Keurig coffee maker has a huge water reservoir. 90 ounces to be exact, which is enough to brew 18 cups of coffee before having to refill it with water again. One issue is that the water tank is not removable, so you would have to use a jug to refill it every time.

Good thing is that you can easily drain the water tank if you need to move the machine or transport it somewhere else. This feature won't be used much, but it will sure save you a lot of time when you do need to use it!

This machine also comes with a full-color LCD touch screen, which allows you to program features, languages, and brew temperatures. It also offers 4 different cup sizes: 4oz, 6oz, 8oz, and 10oz.

You can also program the unit to automatically turn off after a certain amount of time, so you won't be wasting electricity if you forget to turn it off manually.

Another added bonus is Keurig’s Quiet Brew Technology which ensures your staff can brew a cup of coffee without disturbing their coworkers. However, it is noted that sometimes the machine makes clicking sounds right before it starts brewing. That's probably from the heating unit warming up.

Pros

  • The best Keurig coffee maker for the office culture
  • Up to 18 cups of coffee from one full water reservoir
  • Full-color LCD touch screen for ultimate customization

Cons

  • The water reservoir is not removable making it inconvenient to refill
  • Sometimes the machine makes a clicking sound when it is heating up

Technical Specifications and Key Features

  • Size: 13.9" H x 10.4" W x 14.0" L
  • Water Reservoir: 90oz capacity
  • Brewing Sizes: 4oz, 6oz, 8oz, and 10oz
  • Brew Temperature: adjustable using the touchscreen
  • Water Filter: not included but compatible
  • Quiet Brew Technology: for a seamless operation
  • Display: full-color LCD touch screen

Keurig Coffee Makers - Buyers' Guide

To make the perfect cup of coffee, you need to first know what you are looking for, and if this is your first time buying a Keurig coffee machine, then there are a few things you should know before you start shopping around.

There are lots of different types of coffee makers and coffee brands on the market today, such as single-serve coffee makers, espresso makers, stovetop models, and drip coffee makers. Keurig is mainly known for their single-serve coffee makers, but they also have machines that brew drip coffee as well as specialty drinks.

Keurig coffee makers are relatively inexpensive compared to other types of coffee makers, like some super-automatic espresso machines. However, this does not mean that they are cheap. In fact, Keurig offers some brewers that are top-notch and a little more expensive than their regular machines.

Plus a Keurig brewer will last longer than most other coffee makers and they're very easy to maintain.

The above list features 9 of the best Keurig coffee makers that are available on the market.  We've looked at all aspects of these devices, such as price, features, customer feedback, and how easy they are to operate.

We hope that our reviews have helped you decide which type of coffee maker is right for you. If not, then keep reading to help you decide on one of the coffee makers on our list.

Water Reservoir Capacity

When you're purchasing a Keurig coffee maker, you want to first figure out how often you plan on using the machine. Is it just you or will it be your whole household? If it's for your office, then how many employees do you have?

This is important because the Keurig coffee machines come with different water reservoir capacities and the last thing you want to do is be filling the water tank several times a day.

The water reservoir capacities on our top 9 Keurig machines range from 46oz to 90oz, which can give you about four 8oz cups of coffee for the 46oz models to about eight 8oz cups of coffee for the 90oz models.

So make sure you consider this factor when making your purchase!

Cup Sizes

Another important factor in choosing your first or next Keurig coffee maker is the different cup or brew sizes available. The Keurig cup sizes range from 4oz to 12oz and they increase in increments of 2oz.

Some machines offer more cup sizes than others, so keep an eye on the available sizes and be sure to know your own preference and whether the machine that you are eyeing offers that size.

Keep in mind that most machines will offer the 6oz, 8oz, and 10oz cup sizes, while the 4oz and 12oz sizes will be available only to a select few machines.

Keurig Cup Sizes for the Best K-Cup Coffee Makers

Brew Strength

Next is the brew strength of your cup of coffee. How do you like your cup of joe? Do you prefer it dark, like your soul? Haha, just kidding you don't have a soul...

Sorry I just had to... There's no need to be so serious!

So the brew strength is important for some coffee lovers since they enjoy their coffee strong. That's why some of the Keurig coffee makers offer a simple button or a dial-up range of brew strength.

If the model that you are eyeing doesn't offer that feature, then you could almost get the same results by brewing a smaller cup size, such as the 6oz or 4 oz. The K-Café Special Edition even offers coffee shots, which are kind of equivalent to espresso shots!

Don't forget, you can also choose K Cup coffee that is stronger and bolder in flavor!

Maintenance

Another factor to keep in mind is the maintenance required to keep the machine in good shape and operating smoothly because let's be honest nobody enjoys doing the work.

Although Keurig is known for their low-maintenance coffee machines, you definitely want to keep an eye out for how often the machine needs to be cleaned and descaled. The more the bells and whistles, the more the cleaning and maintenance.

So to keep the guesswork out of the equation, choose a coffee machine that offers maintenance alerts. As for the maintenance and descaling, Keurig is pretty good at showing you how it's done with their handy manuals and online videos.

Programmable Features

Next comes the programmable features. So ask yourself, do you want a simple machine that can make great coffee? Or are you looking to own a genie in your kitchen?

Some of the cool programmable features to look for are:

  • Programming your coffee maker up to 24 hours in advance to make you a pot of coffee, so you can wake up to the smell of coffee every morning
  • MultiStream Technology™ for better extraction of coffee flavors
  • BrewID™ for a unique and distinct drink every time
